It is critical that you practice with a real purpose as time is of the essence and we rarely have the luxury of time to work on our golf game improvement. Its usually unstructured practice at best which can often times lead to engraining bad habits. Change is often feared especially when we live in such a quick fix click the button make it happen world. As in life… there is no quick fix in golf either. You must practice with a purpose and give each practice session structure to develop positive habits to reinforce when you play.
